I’ve got some good news & some bad news for you…

The GOOD:

So often, more is less, yet so many of us are beating a dead horse trying to get results from perfection. BUT healing doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from consistency and an embodied sense of safety. Constantly criticizing yourself, aiming for perfection, and fearing every toxin does not create a sense of safety and will only set you back.

What this means is - you DON’T have to do everything perfectly to heal. (Fantastic news, because none of us are perfect.)

The BAD:

There isn’t ONE thing that’s going to solve all your problems. There is no shiny, perfect product or diet that’s going to heal you.

What this means is - you DO have to be consistent. You WILL have to be dedicated. It’s not always going to be easy, but we can certainly make it much more simple.

When you build a foundation on more than one leg, it is much stronger. It’s not JUST your diet. It’s not JUST your lifestyle. It’s not JUST your stress. It’s not JUST your toxic load. When you start putting all the pieces together, each piece gets easier.

I stumbled across Justine’s Instagram page after struggling with so many health issues the year before. I was in a terrible spot in my life - reliving childhood trauma, going through a divorce, having a miscarriage, buried emotions, splitting my daughter 50/50, among others. Ultimately, I was feeling like I could break. Actually, at this point, I think I was breaking. I had so many digestive issues, I was in so much pain from inflammation (stress), my mind was spinning out of control, and I honestly didn’t know what to do.

I was on the AIP diet, I was given “advice” from many different practitioners, and I still felt lost. I was searching for someone to “save” me. Then, I saw Justine’s Instagram. I thought she seemed knowledgeable and understood/had been through a few symptoms that I was going through. So, I reached out. AND WOW. I am so happy I did! We’ll practice identifying, processing, and releasing stress as it comes so you feel confident riding the waves of life.

We’ll cover the framework for building delicious, nourishing, and mineral-dense meals. We digest best when we are enjoying our food - it doesn’t have to be bland or boring!

03 - Nature & Circadian Rhythm

Why connecting with nature, creating a healthy light environment, and resetting our circadian rhythm is a critical part of healing. As well as how to do it - even if you live in a city!

04 - Detox Support

Reducing our toxic load & how to gently support your body’s natural detoxification pathways to keep things flowing. Encountering toxins is a very real part of modern life, so we will cover what you can do to reduce their negative impact!

After struggling with severe mental and physical health issues starting from my earliest memories, I began a quest to find the health I knew I was lacking.

Many years later, after multiple certifications, hundreds of books and podcasts, thousands of hours of research, dozens of clients, and a whole lot of experimenting on myself, I continue to find health beyond my wildest dreams and help others to achieve their own goals. It just keeps getting better.

I am a certified Mineral Nutritional Balancing Practitioner and Holistic Health Practitioner, and I firmly believe that our health (or lack thereof) is rooted in both the physical and the emotional. Our minerals, what we eat, and our toxic load matter, but there is SO much more to health!
