Optimizing digestion so that we actually absorb all the good things we are eating! 

How to take care of ourselves even when we are under-slept or doing a lot of night waking.

Building a robust + balanced metabolism that supports nursing. Knowing how to read our body's feedback + customize for what YOU need.

Supporting our hormones and sleep (and our children’s sleep!) by strategically using our light environment.

Safely supporting bile flow in every stage, to reduce the load on our liver and gallbladder, as well as reduce the toxic load we pass down to our children in utero and in breastmilk.

Each call will have a specific topic, with small, achievable goals to work on for the next time. I'll teach some,we'll work through curriculum together, as well as have Q&A and the option to jump into hotseat coaching.
